Welcome to Full Life Counseling where I help couples and individuals develop insight and vision to live life to its fullest. My name is John Sherrodd and I am an emotion focused therapist helping people gain an understanding of their negative patterns and develop new healthy relational styles. I chose to be an emotion focused therapist because I found this process to have the most transformative impact on relationships and improving individual wellbeing.
