Emotion Focused Therapy


Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) is a form of counseling that helps people to see themselves and their relationships in new ways that can be transformative.  Instead of just addressing a problem EFT gets to the core issues of why it is a problem.  The EFT process helps people to break the negative relational cycles they get stuck in and to develop new insight and tools for addressing issues as they arise.
