Payment is accepted by Cash, Check or Credit.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments need to be canceled 24 hours in advance of scheduled appointment. You will be charged the full amount of the session for missed appointments or failing to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Insurance*
I am a preferred provider with the below insurance companies, please verify with your company if I am in-network for you specific plan.

LifeWise Plans: LifeWise Assurance Company, LifeWise Health Plan of Washington Preferred, WA LifeWise Primary

I am often seen as an out of network provider by other insurance plans. Please check with your provider and see if I am covered and weather they cover online counseling (TeleMed services). If this is the case, you will be responsible to pay at the time of the service and I will provide you with the necessary documentation for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
* Please note that couples counseling is not a medically necessary service according to all insurance companies. With this being so, insurance companies will not pay for couples counseling and the costs for these service will be entirely out of pocket.
